Simple and elegant design where every little detail is considered with care, to both please aesthetically and to be very functional. Are stay was incredibly lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They printed out the bus timetable for us, accommodated all our requests and created a warm atmosphere. The food was very good. Breakfast was a buffet including croissants, toast, eggs, local cheeses and yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea. A lot of local products. Dinner was also delicious. It generally consisted of two dishes and one night we had fish and the other meat. We had vegetarians and vegans in our group and they accommodated their needs. We were super happy with our stay and highly recommend. The jacuzzi outside is beautiful and we enjoyed bathing in it while watching it snow.

Fantastic location so close to three ski lifts opening up access to loads of slopes. The hotel and restaurant were full of rustic charm. Great Savoyard cuisine. The staff were all wonderful. Totally want to go back!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I spent 2 nights at this Hotel with my wife, it was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.

Loved the location. Very easy to walk into Evian les bains which has a Fri market, lots of shops and resturants. If you have a car it's a short drive to chateau Chillon, Yvoire and Morzine and the Gorges de Diable. Lovely and warm room with a well equipped kitchen area.. There is a large room with a few pieces of gym equipment which we used for pilates. Nice clean pool. You could pre book a set 3 course meal for 16 euros.
