This Edwardian hotel is situated in St Helier in Jersey, just 230 metres from the beach. I usually stay at one of the bigger hotels, but this was a little gem.

Originally built in 1843, the elegant Château La Chaire is truly one of the islands' finest country house hotels, with a superb fine-dining restaurant boasting AA Red Star and Rosette awards. Very causy. Nice Rooms, stuff very friendly, excellent breakfast.

Situated right on the beach in the centre of St Brelade's Bay, the 4-star Golden Sands hotel offers excellent views of one of Jersey's finest beaches. Location can't get any closer to the Beach. Staff very helpful and attentive.

This hotel is conveniently situated on the edge of Jersey's country lane network, yet is just a few minutes from the beach. Exceptionally pleasant staff & view from room & Restaurant was awesome
