Location was great - easy walk to the whisky trail. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Located in Port Charlotte, Lochindaal Hotel features a garden, bar and free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Staff: took the time to remember our names before we even got there, super hospitable, and always make sure to prioritize the guests. They went above and beyond for any requests we had. Room: cleanliness & amenities felt like a hotel, decor felt like home, perfect mix Food/bar: local bar is right downstairs (but split from the hotel side if you just need entrance/exit), what else could you want. Food was really good as well. They also have a sister restaurant that books out down the street! This is our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back, thank you to everyone at Lochindaal!

Comfortable and pretty room, excellent service (particularly one of the ladies in the restaurant, who was charming and funny), gorgeous views and a very nice walk into the woods next to the hotel. We really enjoyed the food! Great location to visit destilleries, the beaches etc from.

Port Charlotte Hotel is located in Port Charlotte on the shore of Loch Indaal. The conservatory and gardens open onto a sandy beach. Incredible location right on the water. Lovely staff went out of their way to welcome me.

Located in Port Ellen, No. 1 Charlotte Street has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi. The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a coffee machine. The location was amazing. Our room was facing the ocean. It was very quiet and beautiful place. The staff was exceptional going above and beyond to accommodate us. Caroline especially was very professional in helping us and giving us invaluable advice on things around us. House keeping was very good. It was a wonderful experience.

Niall was so welcoming and accomodating and the room is exactly as described with a gorgeous view of the beach and a stones throw from a restaurant, takeaway, pub, and post office! It is a perfect location to explore Islay and just around the corner from the start of the 3 distilleries walk.
