Hotel in Queens Quarter, Belfast
Located in the bohemian Queen’s Quarter of Belfast, a mere 10-minute walk from the city center, Tara Lodge offers stylish, modern bedrooms with warm and genuine hospitality. The hotel was lovely. Staff were so attentive, welcoming and helpful and were able to give some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The location was great - we were visiting the University, so it was quite close to that, but also walkable to many other things in the city. Breakfast was lovely as well.

It is situated in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the bus station and City Hall, and 10 minutes taxi drive to the Lanyon Place train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the exact type of the room booked, and the issue has been solved in the most professional way. Our Signature View King room was relatively spacious, and offered the promised view over the city skyline. It was handy to have a couple of bottles of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine with tabs supply. The bed deserves an extra mention - it was extremely comfortable.
Hotel in Belfast
Located a 16-minute walk from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, room2 Belfast Hometel offers 4-star accommodations in Belfast and features a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed! I was impressed from the first step inside; The lobby is magnificent, everything is carefully decorated giving you an oasis inside the city center. Staff was highly attentive and, what's more important, seemed happy to work there! The room was spectacular, it had everything we could need while being absolutely stunning. Heating worked perfectly, the TV was easily adjustable and, my god, there were outlets near the bed!! That's so rare in Europe! The bed was perfect, the room was soundproof (although people closing doors loudly is always a problem in hotels). The hotel also sells things for you to cook in your room. This in addition to cocktails being sold until pretty late. Great bar! Oh, and the checkout time! Why can't all hotels all have the same schedules!! We had to leave early anyway, but being able to leave al 2pm is precious. TLDR: This hotel was the best part of my stay in Belfast, I could have stayed forever. In all honesty, I will prefer them in every city they are in, now and in the future. Plus: Highly recycling conscious!

Our children loved the Wii and the retro games console plus there was an extensive range of dvds to choose from. Board games, puzzles, books and lots of holiday essentials available. There was a constant supply of hot water and an ensuite shower. We loved our stay and if we are travelling to Northern ireland again we will definitely book here again.
Portstewart
Rob is an excellent host (and I'm sure his wife is too though we did not meet). I'm truly amazed at how he and his wife have built a proper high class hotel service in just over a year. A full continental and cooked breakfast made for you personally was the perfect touch to compliment a superb night's sleep before my trip to the beach. Without doubt the best of four different hotels I visited on my Northern Ireland tour.
Newcastle
The best thing about the apartment was its location - it's right on South Promenade of Newcastle (County Down, Northern Ireland) with a breathtaking view of the Irish Sea. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Paul, at the reception, was extremely warm and helpful. The owner / host Claire was easy to communicate with and we would like to thank her for the hospitality and arrangements.
The Ballygally castle was an amazing hotel with great staff. We had bees traveling for about a week when we pulled up to this hotel which was in an amazing location with historical charm. The location directly across from the ocean is beautiful. The restaurant on site has great food. And as a bonus the hotel is one of the ten locations of the Game of thrones doors found around Northern Ireland.
Portstewart
Apartment was fab. Secure parking and really a few minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment is just like the pictures with very comfortable beds, lounge and well equipt kitchen. Our hosts made everything straight foward and were very helpful. A great base to explore northern ireland! Which is beautiful! We will definitely be back again. We had a warm welcome everywhere we went.
This has got to be the cosiest and friendliest hotel in Northern Ireland. The staff are all lovely helpful and welcoming. Love the bar area which is great to sit in at night. The breakfast/restaurant room was lovely too. Food in restaurant was great. Generous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices as well as cooked food. Prawn open sandwich in restaurant was so good.
We had a fabulous overnight stay at the Bushmills hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer. We were upgraded to a lovely, spacious suite with a Garden view (room 205). The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was superb for both dinner and breakfast. A must-stay during your trip to Giants Causeway and Northern Ireland!
Belfast
The apartment was large with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to sit in the living room. A 5 minute walk to the Titanic Belfast museum which has THE BEST plain scones in all of Northern Ireland and Ireland. I bought a second on my way out! It was nice to have access to the garage as well. Close to airport!
The woman working the front desk was WONDERFUL - kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and good sense of humor. Made us feel sincerely welcome and gave wonderful tips for our visit to Northern Ireland. A true gem! The other staff we encountered was also very friendly. The hotel was clean and conveniently located.

Bushmills
Good location with great transport connections having the bus stop just outside,. Facilities were very good. Staff were excellent and very friendly however there seemed to be a lack of the community spirit I have found in other hostels in Northern Ireland.
the apartment was perfect for myself and two young adult daughters. great location for exploring giants causeway and northern Ireland. it was nice to be able to make breakfast and dinner. the restaurants and town were very busy though
Very spacious and well-equipped apartment, also very clean. Comfortable sofas and beds, shower nice and hot. Quiet but central, stunning views, and a great place to stay. First visit to Northern Ireland - will definitely be back!
Fantastic hotel. In a beautiful setting in Belfast. Across the road from the Northern Ireland captor building. Great beds. The staff has been really great seeing to our every need. I would highly recommend it to friends.
The price point of the hotel, the bar and seating areas, the hotel restaurant for breakfast and the central location in Northern Irelands maiden city are all first class factors when considering the City Hotel
Super hotel in a great central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was lovely. Really good choice available.
Location was great for day trips all over Northern Ireland. Being so close to the Dark Hedges is an early morning perks! If you want quiet and zero interaction with staff and a comfy bed this is a great place.
