Dinner in restaurant was good as was breakfast . The owner's music collection was fabulous. I could have stayed there for weeks.

Quietly located in western Iceland’s countryside, this hotel is 2 km from the Grábrók volcano in the Borgarbyggd District. It offers free Wi-Fi, outdoor hot tubs and individually decorated rooms. Cozy and comfortable. Large bathroom and everything on site. We brought our dog and her bed and it was a flawless experience. There are cows, ducks and sheep at least that we saw. The restaurant was quite nice also. Full of interesting art. Basically on route 1 with out being in traffic. Wonderful views. Nice staff.
