The best experience I have had in a hotel. The amenities are amazing, it looks so authentic, cute, and special. The activities were interesting, they even offered a bingo. The staff was absolutely friendly, the food was great. But again, the place is so incredible that I cannot wait to come back. The garden was unbelievable, the Fuji view as well. The onsen was so peaceful. And we also got the room with the private onsen which was absolutely incredible too. Oh and we were on our honeymoon, and they even gave us a gift to celebrate ❤️ loved how thoughtful they were!

From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 2.9 km from Lake Kawaguchi, Hananoyado Yumefuji features each room with a private garden with a terrace. Kawaguchiko Station is just a 5-minute walk away from the villa. Everything was perfect all throughout our stay! A short walk from the station, the check-in was super smooth with the staff speaking rather good English. Then we arrived in our room: huge space and patio with a view on the Mt. Fuji?!! Private and enormous bath, all amenities provided, you only need to relax and enjoy. A lot of tiny details that make the difference: the name on the door, the tea ceremony experience, the incredibly kind staff. Thank you to all the team for showing us Japanese hospitality!

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Exceptional customer service. Staff will help with luggage and very accommodating for dietary needs. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Tatami room was very spacious and comfortable and view was superb!
