The way the person in charge of the property communicated with us regarding late check outs.

Wifi is good, rooms are clean and orderly, kitchen is superbly equipped, location is very near restaurants and grocery shops. There was plenty of drinking water and coffee.

I didn't like that it: 1- it was not a hotel 2- The treatment seemed robitic as i was asked too many questions by the person who lent me the room. 3- and i was sharing facilities with others (although they kept everything super clean)

Loved everything.

I love the property its very peaceful quiet, The sea veiws are breath-taking. The kitchen is fully serviced. And the entire place is spotless clean. It is like a home away from home. The check in system is effortless and the host is most kindest person. Will definitely always come back there time and again

So let's make inventory of what I did not liked.... Ladies hairs ALL over the ground !! dirty ground which had never been cleaned and full of shoes print !! urine or sperm marks onto bed sheets... this was disgusting ... I advise anyone to always check your bed sheets at check in.... !! men's hairs onto pillows and. bed sheets !! bad smell of towels...probably not cleaned too !! Dirty bathroom without hygiene too.... First time of my life that I leaved such experience and after all evidences the owner rejected to refund me even he kicked me out !!! videos cannot be loaded here but here are few pictures..... of urine or other liquid on bed sheets, hairs on the ground and dirty bathroom... I paid that room, got kicked out and NO refund until now !!

Worst experience of my life ever !! that place is a garbage... Room was not cleaned and the place is not a hotel... it's a residential apartment spit into rooms which is illegal in Ajman Emirates !! I even don't understand how that place had been ranking into booking.com ?? they respect no hygienic standards and worst the owner is an aggressive man without any professionalism... After contacted him to tell him how I found the room... I asked him to clean it immediately or to refund me... His answer was to threated me and to force me to leave his room arguing that he'll come over to physically bit me bad if not leaving immediately his place !! What a great place and great welcome !!! I advise anybody to strictly avoid that place and I URGE booking.com to take SEVERE actions against such cheater which are out of standards and worst... are threatened their clients when you complain about hygiene of their rooms !!!

The room was 6' x 12' plus a bathroom. The confirmation stated 215 sq feet with kitchenette. I had no access to the kitchen, so I moved out the next day. There was no beach view, there was not even a window.
