Great situation close to an underground station and at walking distance from Westminster. Apartment with plenty of equipment and cool view on River Thames. We apreciated the 2 separate shower and bath rooms: easy when travelling with family. Don't expect an early contact with the host. You'll get a Whatsapp chanel to communicate only 2 days before your stay. No need to stress though, once established, the communication was really good and smooth. She provided a lot of helpful information and was really eager to give satisfaction to her guests. She even accepted an early arrival to drop our luggage.

The apartment is a little tired in terms of decor and wear and tear.

The location is excellent, right next to the uber boat pier and vauxhall tube station... Easy walk to both battersea power station and tate britain.

I like the location very much-- close to Vauxhall tube and bus stations, there's a TESCO store within the building and walking around is very comfortable. Will definitely consider this flat next time around.

Getting the key was like a treasure hunt, only after a long trip and in cold rain. Listed contact number not available, but a different one used (from Bulgaria, I think), to which I could not connect (personal issue, not blaming the host). We asked for an extra bed which we did not get and the couch is not too comfortable for sleeping. The apartment could use some renovations - scraped floors, bathroom mold, poor sound insulation from the noisy street, heavily used regular appliances and furniture, missing/broken blinds or courtains. Beds are too soft (personal preference). Power sockets only for UK plugs, no USB ports (tourists should be advised).

The location is easily reachable by bus or subway and it's a 40 minutes walk to the city centre. The view over the river is great. The building is rather new and spacious. The Tesco nearby is useful. Really quick elevator. No issues getting hot water or warmth. Polite hosts, quickly responding to messages.

Minor repair issues, passed on to the owner who will fix. These didn't affect our stay though.

Lovely apartment. Great views. Very convenient for bus, rail, underground & Uber boat. Washing machine & tumble drier added bonus as no washing to bring home! We slept very well, the soundproofing is excellent, beds are comfy. .

The cleaning lady is not the cleanest, but overall it was doable. The apartment is a bit empty; everything you need is there but not much decoration.

Great location - very close to the metro and beautiful view over the Thames. The apartment complex is clean and modern, I did not hear the neighbours. The funniest part was collecting the keys - you'll find out when you book ;-)

We had a very comfortable stay. But the property its little aged. The blinds were hard to work with, and it takes some strength to open the sliding doors to the amazing balcony, which is the very reason I booked this property. Alex the host is very kind lady. I am sure she will have it fixed in no time. In the meantime, just bear with some slight inconvenience. :-)

Very nice size apartment, with fantastic view of River Thames. The shower is good. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of cutlery, pots and pans if you need cooking during you. I like that its right next to the tube station and the pier for Uber boat. You can get to Oxford Circus in 10 minutes. And if you like Uber Boat, this is a very comfortable and convenient means to get around in London. We did a day trip with Uber Boat and absolutely loved it. There is a Tesco at the development, and also a few restaurants/ cafes if you don’t want to travel far. I was a little worried at first as I did not get a response from the host for days, and we were about to arrive within 24 hours. But once I get hold of her on whatsapp, everything was sorted out timely and the cleaner is very friendly. We loved the flat! And had a very pleasant stay as a family.

Mattress on the ground, falsely advertised 3 beds. Mattress uncomfortably not conducive to a good night sleep. Owner seems to think because of the location you are supposed to overlook all the other inconveniences.

The location is excellent, on the river with the tube and busses just in front of the building. The apartmant is modern and fully equiped. It has a beautifull terrace with the river view. Two nice bedroms, one with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have terraces too, but with the street view. The best property in London I've ever booked.

Road noise was disturbing in the bedrooms, condition of the apartment was at best tired at worst neglected. One bed collapsed, patio doors couldn’t be opened, cleaning was superficial.

Location was perfect, view was excellent, other facilities were close, apartment was well appointed.

No working television. Only one apartment key which was very inconvenient as one of our party left a day earlier than the rest. We all had to return to the apartment to let this person access their luggage when most of us would have stayed in central London. The majority of the window blinds did not work and there was a tumble dryer in the living area. Owner stated that she should not really be renting this apartment and there were no fire safety signs etc. Given the owner was in arrears with the council tax we feared being evicted at any time during our stay.

bed was broken so we only had use of 1 bed no hot water so couldn’t have a shower mould in bedrooms balcony door you could barely open all blinds were broken message then to speak to them about it had no reply until the night before we left to be told oh it don’t matter now as your going tomorrow it was completely unacceptable

The fixtures and fittings are worn out. The shower screen collapses, the bedside table falls off the wall, the bed slats drop out depositing mattress and sleeper onto floor, the chairs are worn out, the door onto the balcony is almost impossible to slide open, there is no corkscrew or bottle opener, and the steam iron with its frayed and exposed wires is positively dangerous! To get the key you have to rummage in the nearby undergrowth in the pouring rain! For an expensive flat in a great location this was a poor show that lets it down.

Great place with lovely view. Good location near tube and Vauxhall bridge. Lovely beds and lots of space. Host was quick to respond and help with any request or problem. We loved having a balcony and really recomand this place.

Cleanliness not as expected, , comfort (no fresh air as balcony doors could not be opened, sweating inside), hot water not available mostly in the evening in Bath rooms, very old iron with dangled power cable (could increase electrocution risk) , very uncomfortable shaky beds. Struggled a lot to close window blinds. Will not trust Booking.com genius ratings in future.
