Lack of Heating Would have liked to get key a bit early - had to spend less time in Acropolis due to this delay

The studio apartment was good and spacious. It was cold and heating was only through the AC - though radiators were present in the room, it was not functioning. Had requested for keys a bit early but got it only at 3 - so had to wait outside for a bit more than an hour.

Very silent place very close to Megaron Conference Centre 5min walk... Very good equiped...direct entrance to terrase ... a lot of space...air conditioning..everything what ou need and very clean... I can recomend to visit

It is located just a few minutes walking from the Ampelokipi metro station. The owners give a detailed and easy to understand instructions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was clean and cosy, with every commodity a traveler would hope for (like washing machine, laundy rack, hair dryer etc.). It really suited us well on our backpacking tour.

Best help and communication from a host ever! Spotless, beautiful place. Lovely terrace for morning coffee. Great safe neighbourhood. Super comfortable bed! Nice pillows. I could live there year round!

Net work is slow, its adsl, upto about 10Mbps. The room is no so clean when enter, have to clean up the floor. There were dust on floor, but table and toliet is clean. The washing mashing is relative acceptable cleaness. Freezer is not well cleaned but it has been cleaned. There was a significant amount of ice in freezer and have to cut power for about one night to clean it.

location is good. supermarket is nearby and close to metro and bus station. The location, although difficult to find but relatively safe, although its not like a developed street.

The apartment is at the basement level. This is not mentioned anywhere on the booking description and it's a very important thing to mention. The humidity was very high, if you leave the apartment and return a couple of hours later, the air is full of humidity and smells somehow moldy. The terrace is not actually a terrace, but it is like a backyard that you share with other people that live there. We could not sleep with the terrace door opened because someone could easily enter the room. For the humidity you have a humidifier that we cleaned up because it was dirty. Even when cleaned up, it was still not good enough for the humidity that the room had. When it comes to the furniture, the door to the bathroom does not close. Plus, it hits the fridge whenever you open it. The shower is very small and you need to be very careful not to throw the water on the washing machine. We did not have soap at the bathroom. The towels seem very used. At the kitchen there is no cuttlery, only some wood-made knives. The apartment is near a club-restaurant and at night it is noisy if you would want to sleep with the door to the backyard open. Overall the property was clean and close to the city center but if I knew that it was at the basement level, I would have picked something else. It was misleading not mentioning this important aspect. The humidity and the smell of mold, especially during summer, was not pleasant at all.

The room was clean and near the city center. Private parking nearby, coffe shops and restaurants. The metro is only 400m from the apartment. You have air conditioning, washing machine, you can put the clothes to dry outside.

The apartment is in basement so there is a lot of humidity. Apartment is far from City center. There is no carpet in the bathroom, so there is water everywhere. There is bad sound isolation, you can hear loud neighbourhood at night.

Apartment has mini terrace. There are some dish and all stuff for cooking. The apartment is cute, there is even slippers amd oven.
