The air conditioner in our units did not work that great. The room was cooler than the outside-- but not by much. The staff was helpful in providing a fan for us.

The staff was so friendly, fun, and helpful. The location, just off the dock was SO GREAT! It was so easy to get to here just off the boat. The food at the restaurant was good. The pool was covered and therefore slightly cool (in the BEST way). We loved our stay here! It was a family favorite of our whole 6 week vacation.

Pool was not super clean. Bathroom in clear need of renovation (while we where there they were working in one of the rooms, so it looks like they are renovating).

The pool is small and forgettable - but please, don't let this put you off. You shouldn't go to the Gilis for the pool (and if you do, consider changing destination).

The resort is in front of the boat pier: very easy to reach once you get to the island, but that means it no immediate access to a beach (there is a good beach 5 minutes walk to the north). Food is not what you remember Gili Meno for: with this in mind, the restaurant is not too bad and has a nice location. There are nice bars on the other side of the islands where you can see the sunset, but I didn't feel the food was that much better.

If you want a variety of restaurant options, you’ll need to go to the other side of the island, which we did a couple of times, and it was nice.

We loved the location. Meno was the calmest of the Gilis, and this side of the island was the most quiet. The hotel restaurant was nice, especially the view in the morning. The staff was kind, and it felt like home for the 11 days we stayed. There was a great spot just down the beach to get massages. My five and 2-year-old snorkeled for the first time with the many turtles just down the beach. It’s a dreamy location we home to return to and would stay at Kira Kira again.

The breakfast is simple and good. But the hotel restaurant hasn't that many options and is a bit expensive comparitevely to others restaurants on the island. But it wasn't a big problem.

Our experience here was amazing! It's a charming litte hotel. It's on the beach but is not straight on the sand so you keep your privacy. The room has everything you need and is very comfortable. The pool is big and very nice. The island has a deserted feel and is perfect to relax and deconnect. And the snorkeling is out of this world! All in all, we had an awesome time here! Highly recommend.

The food could have been better, the Hotel is right at the harbor which makes it easy to arrive but No beautiful beaches or dive spots in the direct neighbourhood

On the first day we got a really torn towel, but after that we didn’t have this problem. In our room the wifi was weak and only operating in a few spots.

I had a salad in the restaurant which was a little disappointing but that’s it.

Perfect location, right outside the harbour! But it’s not a busy harbour so no issue. 5 minute walk to the place you see turtles. Nice big clean room and a shady pool which is good, especially when you’ve been in the sun all day. They also have a refill water in each room which is great.

The AC wasn't cold sometimes.

Room and bathroom are spacious. No sewerage smells from the bathroom like some other places. Had hangers for us to hang clothes. Location is close to the boat pier.

Gili Meno is a little bit hard to explore at night time, due to bumpy roads and no light, not to try by bike, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

As there was a group the owner moved us in a private villa.. and the accomodation was great! The island is very quite perfect to relax and snorkling by your own. For the dinner he Delivery from his restaurant. Tnks again!
