The 5 stars is more like 4 stars. The cleaning was a little bit rushed every day, bathroom was full of limescale. Bedsheets, towels and bathrobs were full of dirt spots because of inappropriate laundry. The swimming pool is not heated which can be disappointing. The rastaurant is overpriced, but the food was good.

Located in a very calm and beautiful area. The hotel is fairly new, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and delicious. At the room the bed was very comfortable, and there were no bugs or flys at all in the room. Gym is well equipped.

The food served in the restaurant wasn’t as good as I was expecting. I think the microwave gets used a bit too much. The “homemade” breakfast pastries were a bit chewy and looked like they’d been microwaved. Some of our other dishes were served lukewarm too. There was no luggage rack in the room which meant storing our suitcase on the floor. And I think we will book one of the studios with private pool next time to remove the need of going upstairs to bed.

The resort was fantastic! We stayed in the one bedroom villa split over two levels and had a great time! The private pool was private and wasn’t overlooked. The property the resort is in is beautiful. The location for me was great as it wasn’t in the centre of or too close to Ubud, it was very quiet and peaceful. Getting to Ubud was easy and short taxi ride away. We didn’t use the spa or the main pool.

Its far from the city and the property dont allow taxies or Gogek from outside for pick up its only for drop off . So you will have to ask the hotel for a drop as the shuttle timings not so convenient and also to pay but cash which they don’t tell you from the beginning

The resort is a bit out of the way, so it can be a bit of a mission to get into town. The hotel did organise a driver outside of their complimentary shuttle times

A relatively new resort about 15min drive from Ubud town centre. Quiet, surrounded by rice fields at the front and jungle trees in the back. Perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle. We saw wild monkeys in the trees and came up to sit on the pool edge. Room itself was clean, great shower and private pool was nice. Staff were all very helpful and attentive, quickly responding to any concerns.

The villa is beautiful, spacious and moderns amenities. The staff was amazing and friendly. The villa comes with an amazing dip pool, perfect to unwind and sip the Margs. I would recommend this beautiful resort nestled among the greeneries of Ubud

The private pool villa was not really private enough, I had to upgrade to the villa with living room and pay more, The limited breakfast menue, fresh juice were not fresh, Many gecko in the lobby ceiling, laundry prices were high

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this place is for you . It’s about a 15 minute drive to Ubud centre. My room in the hotel was very clean and well Kept . The staff were very friendly. Great value as well

Incredibly beautiful property; perfect combination of modern yet in the midst of a tropical paradise. All the staff were immensely kind, helpful and excellent from start to finish! After a long flight, I was greeted so warmly and even had a birthday cake surprise which was amazing. I love the design of the entire resort, very stylish and surrounded by beauty. Very easy to get to other places from here too. Highly recommend!!

Not a bad thing but much more of a preference thing. The room that I got upgraded to (the living room pool villa) is a double storey villa which is quite an inconvenience. The main shower is at the lower ground floor and the bedroom at the 1st floor comes with a bathtub only (which you can shower in but expect the whole bathroom to be wet cuz there’s no separation from the bathtub to other parts of the toilet). Not much of a bad thing but just inconvenient personally. Another is how far away it is from anything. There’s nothing to do in the area but I guess if you’re here just to stay in or you have chartered transportation or rented a bike then it’s ok. They do provide shuttle services to central Ubud but last transport back is around 4-5pm.

A very, very quiet resort/villa far away from the busy streets of central Ubud. Facilities were sufficient, food was decent and staff were very very accommodating and friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The location. You have to Uber off the property for meals unless you want to eat at the hotel. There is nothing within walking distance.

This was the perfect place to relax and unwind after being in busier places in Bali. The resort is beautiful- wonderful amenities. We particularly enjoyed the gym and pool. We were there however at a very quiet time. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which felt almost too quiet. The location is about 10-15 min outside of Ubud main town. The food was overall good- we enjoyed the freeflow breakfast. The dinner menu became limited after 3 nights of dining there. The service was awesome

Resort is very incredible, I travel a lot and I can say is 1 of my favorite because is all new construction, the price is very exceptional comparate the other resort, the food is amazing for real. There is no complaint, I will like to say thanks to all the staff of the resort, the resort manager and specifically mr. Darma the tour operator of the resort where in 2 days he show us almost everything!!!

Bit far from town and other restaurants and shops but the hotel offers free shuttles and can arrange other drop off/pick ups which is very helpful.
