I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

Some apartments have a dishwasher and some units have a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Spacious rooms, good design, everything great! Not sure why (some comments here or on tripadvisor I think) I feared the real room will look a bot dated compared to the advertised pictures which were maybe from when they launched. Not the case, everything is as in the picture, very from our time design in such a great location in older part of Nice. I recommend

Towels and bed linen are offered. All that we need were there. The rooms are comfortable enough and we could enjoy swimming pool privately. Definitely one of the best residences in Province.
