I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

Not sure why (some comments here or on tripadvisor I think) I feared the real room will look a bot dated compared to the advertised pictures which were maybe from when they launched. The staff was incredible and did everything to go the extra mile. Very friendly and helpful indeed. We loved the building and the room. It was great to have a small area for cooking as always eating out can be a little tiresome and maybe one or two days you might want to cook your favorite meal without going out. The location was great. Not in the busiest streets but still so close to everything you want to visit.
