-- The staff is incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly! -- We had booked the Deluxe Room which felt somewhat small for a week long stay. It is definitely worth it to pay extra for the view towards the Alster. -- We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in the Executive Suite which was super comfortable and provided an amazing experience! When we come again, we will book the Suite instead of the room. --The hotel is very serene and beautifully located along the Alster which allowed for evening strolls and a very relaxing stay. -- Everything is kept in immaculate condition! The hotel is a 'feast for the eyes'! -- The Parkview restaurant offers a business lunch option and an interesting dinner selection. -- We had booked out stay with breakfast. The buffet offered a great selection in addition to items that could be ordered from a menu as well.

Cuisine is doing excellent work. Proximity of spa and wellness is a big plus. Restaurant staff is familiar to me and working in Madison for many years. Hotel is clean and tidy.

everything, the hotel is Royal, the staff are more than professional, they know how to make you happy, I had a small issue with my room and they handled it better than I could have imagined, Marco at the reception is more than professional, the room was huge with an amazing view on the lake. this hotel has all the standards to be a real 5* hotel

Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.
