Room size was very generous for the family suite with kitchenette. Beautiful view of the church tower and soothing classical music was a pleasant welcome when we arrived in our hotel room. Quiet neighborhood despite the construction and convenient location to many tourist sights.

Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.
