Hotel nuovo, moderno, assolutamente pulito (parola di italiano). Pulizia della camera impeccabile, con bottiglie d'acqua confezionate quotidianamente rinnovate. TV 50 pollici schermo piatto con tantissimo sport, dal calcio al wrestling ma soprattutto il sorprendente ed emozionante Kho Kho. Colazione intercontinentale abbondante, buona anche per noi italiani. Presenti tre ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel, particolare menzione per Chap Chai (cucina thailandese) e Above Sea Level (sul rooftop, a bordo piscina, con vista sulla città), entrambi davvero di qualità. Palestra gratuita essenziale ma funzionale, con pochi attrezzi ma nuovi e puliti. Reception disponibile h24 per ogni richiesta (dal change money al servizio stampa, ecc). Se dovessi mai tornare a Chennai ritornerei sicuramente in questo Hotel.

I travelled to Chennai with my family. We stayed for 5 days. And the service at this hotel is amazing. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable, the staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the morning breakfast with the traditional South Indian dishes, personally made best dosas varieties and filter coffee was another treat. We enjoyed the food. This hotel has a pool of vehicles to make our travel comfortable at any time.  We arranged a vehicle to travel to Kanchipuram, the driver was an experienced person, who made our shopping easy.
