What a fabulous stay we had in this family run hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and run the shop attached where we could get a discount on clothes and shoes. Breakfast was included and was a fabulous spread with hot and cold options. Highly recommended for your stay in Livigno.

I can't fault the hotel. The staff were excellent, a very warm welcome after a long drive. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and the hot options were delicious. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as there was so much choice in the village.

Every person from the team is accommodating, helpful and warm. We appreciate the attention to detail to provide guests a great experience in every aspect of the stay. The location sits in a quiet area which looks out to the city with a good view, perfect for slowing down from life’s stresses. The resort and the people behind it make connecting with nature and relaxation very easy. We loved being able to meet animals who they take care of quite well. Perfect location, excellent facilities, great newly refurbished rooms and professional, friendly, helpful staff who all aimed to please. Food and service were also great and the best bar snacks in the whole of Livigno served with a smile and always a warm and friendly welcome anytime of day or night!
