Nice hotel at great location with the most friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious too :) we enjoyed our stay in Hanoi and would come back to stay at JaCosmo Hotel and Spa!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They organized our Ha Long bay tour as well as taxis to and from the airport. We never had any issues, everything was organized with no confusion.
