The owners were very friendly, helping us with everything they could. They picked us up and dropped us to the bus station, which was extremely helpful, as we had a lot of luggage. They also helped us book a tour that we really enjoyed. The herbal sauna was amazing.

Exceptional staff, a bit of language barrier but you get everything you would need, we have been provided very chesp transportation service to and from hotel, rooms were big and cool upon our arrival, modt amazing view of the city, delicious breakfast, tour information around city, laundry service and bikes for rent. Anything you would want host provided. Strongly recommend to get bikes to drive around since view around area is absolutely mind blowing.

Ben has also a Hotel in town (Phong Nha Villas) for those needing urban environment. Both places have really excellent vietnamese and western food !

It was pure luxury at a reasonable price. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Particularly a lady called Uyen who went out of her way to help me find a close by ATM.
