Counter staff - Mary was most helpful and friendly. She listened patiently to my numerous questions and offered explanations/information in detail. Mary helped us called a tour agency over 3 days ( duration of our stay) and to call a few medical clinics to find out their opening hours. She was happy to render her help and always wear a smile. She's the best!
